We are accepting applications from small/medium size R&D companies in the following areas:

Biotechnology - drug discovery and delivery companies in all therapeutic areas

Technology - medical devices, diagnostics, platform technologies, and healthcare-related product development

PRICE: £850
(UK companies will be additionally charged VAT at 20%)

Pitch slots are only available to companies that are actively seeking investment and/or collaboration.
Applications MUST be sent before 9 February, 2026 to be considered.

Pitch application process

Cut off date: 9 February 2026

  1. Click the button below to access the online application form.
    As your application will be viewed by our selection committee, the form is extensive. You may wish to gather company information before starting to fill in the form.
  2. Applications will be considered by members of the Organising Committee after 31 January and 9th February cut-off dates.
  3. Successful applications will be notified by mid February, and required to submit their 10-minute pitch deck in good time ahead of the conference, in Powerpoint (pptx) format only. 
  4. Unsuccessful applicants will be invited to attend the conference as regular R&D delegates.
